This humble space is the Greenwood Collective (85th + Greenwood).
It was bought by a local artist who salvaged the existing space in which interior designers/decorators used as a showroom. Urban Light Studios now occupies the space.
I was so impressed walking into this space.
Every room felt like you were in a whole new place, a whole new world!
Not only is the furniture beautiful, but the walls, colors and textures!
Just an old dumpy factory, that use to produce 'Maries' dressing, turned showroom, turned design space where you can rent out rooms for parties, meetings, receptions, etc.
My friend Kate Barnett occupies one of the artist studios in the bottom floor of the above space, "The B Hive"
