Teepee Installation at Greenwood Collective

This is the teepee I designed + constructed for the art show, "Its Complicated" last Friday at the Greenwood Collective.
I used a nylon cordura for the panels and bamboo poles.
The idea was to use high tech/performance material to construct one of the first + oldest forms of shelter.

I could not have done it without the help of all my friends! You guys are the best!

Thanks also to Kate Barnett! Without your creativity as an artist and curator, the entire show would not have come together. Kate placed the Cowboy painting next to the teepee, making it a "Complicated" scene. It was perfect!

It was such a fun process, I cant wait to start my teepee collection!
